Here are simple notes on how to obtain a Metropol CRB Clearance:

1. Visit the Metropol CRB Portal:
   Go to https://crystobol.metropol.co.ke/home.

2. Register or Log In:

   • If new, click on Register and enter your details (ID number, mobile number, and email).

   • If already registered, simply log in using your credentials.

3. Pay the Registration Fee:

   • You may be required to pay a one-time registration fee via M-Pesa.

   • Follow the payment instructions provided.

4. Generate Your Credit Report:

   • After logging in, select Credit Report or CRB Clearance.

   • Confirm your request and pay the applicable fee.

5. Download the CRB Clearance Certificate:

   • Once payment is successful, your clearance certificate is generated.

   • Download or print the certificate for your records.

6. Get Support if Needed:

   • For assistance, contact Metropol customer support through the portal or provided contacts.
