Step–by–Step Application Guide

  1. Visit the portalhttps://services.npsc.go.ke and select “Recruitment”.

  2. Register / Log in

    • First-time users: Sign up with your National ID, email, and phone number.

    • Returning users: Just log in.

  3. Fill out the application form → Provide your personal details and upload the required documents:

    • National ID (both sides)

    • KCSE certificate (minimum D+, plus at least D+ in Kiswahili & English)

    • Birth certificate

    • Passport-sized photo

    • Any testimonials or extra certificates (optional but useful)

  4. Submit → Double-check, then submit. Save or print the acknowledgement slip / reference number for tracking.

  5. After submission → Wait for shortlisting updates via the portal, SMS, or email. If shortlisted, you’ll attend a recruitment center for document verification, medical checks, and physical fitness tests.


Why It’s Online

The NPSC moved recruitment online to enhance transparency and curb corruption. The current drive targets the recruitment of 10,000 police constables.
