When you encounter the message "this username already taken. try another one" while creating a Gmail account, it means that the username you chose is already in use by someone else. However, if you try to log in with the same username and receive the message "couldn't find your Google account," it suggests that your account was permanently disabled due to activities that did not comply with Google policies 

Note that Google does not recycle emails due to Security and personalized information that may be accessed by the other person in according to google's Privacy policy in regards to gmail accounts
solution is to create a new email address and update your contact network about the new email
